How fast will I get my designs?
Most requests are finished within 24 hours - 48 hours (Mon- Fri - 10am to 5pm IST). If something is more complex, it might take a bit longer, but I’ll always keep you updated.

How does onboarding work?
Just shoot me an email with the subject line “Sign me up.” I’ll reply with a payment link and a quick onboarding form. Once that’s sorted, you’ll get access to your personal Trello board, complete with a simple guide on how to use it to send in your requests and track progress. Super easy, no guesswork.

Who will be designing my projects?
It’s just me here, no outsourcing or junior designers. You’ll work directly with me from start to finish.

Do you offer refunds?
Because of the high-quality nature of my work, I don’t offer refunds after the first week of service. I also can’t issue refunds for any completed work. If you are not happy after week 1, you will receive 75% of your money back.

What if I only have one project?
That’s perfectly fine. You can subscribe, get your project done, cancel your subscription, and come back whenever you have more design needs.

Are there any types of work you don’t handle?
Yes, here’s what I don’t offer:

• 3D modeling

• Animated graphics (GIFs, etc.)

• Legal documents copy

• Website design and development

• Social Media Management and Tracking

What if I don’t like the design?
No worries, I’ll keep revising until you’re completely happy.

How will I request designs?
You can request designs however you like directly on Trello, by sharing Google Docs, PDF or recording a Loom video if that’s easier. If you can link or attach it in Trello, I can work with it.

Can I sign up just for a month?
Absolutely. Whether you need me for one month or a whole year, you’re free to start and stop as your projects require.

Which design tools do you use?
I create most designs in Illustrator and Photoshop, along with some Ai help for research.

How do you handle larger projects?
I break big projects into smaller pieces. You’ll get steady progress updates until everything’s complete on the Trello board.

How does payments for my subscription work?
Payment begins on the 1st of every month and follows a 30-day cycle. All payments are due upfront on the 1st, making this a prepaid model. This approach ensures projects are prioritized effectively, as requirements are clear and scheduled in advance. It provides a simple structure that keeps the work process smooth, transparent, and efficient.

Is there a limit to how many requests I can make?
There’s no limit. You can add as many design requests to your queue as you’d like, and I’ll tackle them one by one based on the priority you set.
